NALC Disaster Response: Tornadoes hit 4 southern states

NALC Disaster Coordinator Mary Bates is reaching out to NALC congregations in the Mid-South Mission District to provide support and assistance to those affected by tornadoes that occurred overnight on January 2, 2017 and caused damage in 4 states: Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and the panhandle of Florida. Five (5) people are confirmed dead due to these deadly storms.

Volunteer teams are needed to assist with cleanup, and donations of flood buckets, health kits, school kits, gift cards (Lowe’s, Home Depot, Target, Walmart) and Bibles are needed for the spiritual Christian care that our congregations will be providing.
